Our Cheeses - At El Camino de Las Cabras we provide a number of different flavors using only the finest herbs and spices. We are open at the ranch for customers to come out and buy milk, cheese and soap on Monday - Fridays from 10am to 7pm and by appointment only Saturday and Sunday.
